1. Is it true that if you want to be a faster sprinter, the best thing you can do is do repetitions of sprinting various distances ( 10-250m )?

2. How long should a typical sprint workout last? Mine lasts about a full hour

Two quick and good questions.

First things first. Attitude. Second, belief. Third - out of the blocks especially over 25 metres.

Pump pump pump your legs with your hands clenched. And stride and keep your center-of-gravity low as you do this. And lean forward.
