for Christmas.? I need a program that will be easy yet still have the bells and whistles that make the videos and the video making fun. Are these the best programs for the money or is there something better? Budget $150. Thanks!

Hmmm..... that is a good idea. If you really wanted to, I would get her Photoshop CS4 only. If you can get academic discounts, you can get them for about $180 at Academic Superstore. If not, go with your plan.
