Windows Live Messenger is not available on all mobile models. But you can download and install more messengers for your mobile that can let you sign in to your MSN and more (Yahoo!, Facebook Chat, AIM, Google Talk, ICQ and MySpace Chat).
I can't help you more because you didn't mention your mobile model.
But you can open your mobile browser and go to ebuddy.com to sign in to your MSN, or you can install the ebuddy app to your phone if it's available.
P.S: eBuddy is a web and mobile messenger for MSN and more...
