My family is going out to eat at Chili's tomorrow and I'm trying to eat healthy when it comes to eating out. I've figured out what to order for my entree but now I need to choose a healthy beverage. I'm a big fan of tea but I'm curious if the flavored iced tea at restaurants like Chili's are filled with a bunch of sugar? I guess unsweetened tea is okay but I prefer sweetened. They have Blackberry and Mango. Thanks so much!
