It is NOT a crime to warn motorists of the presence of police. In fact, that accomplishes the aim of the police: slowing traffic. It is no way obstruction.

IN may places, police will publicize the locations where they will be setting up radar stops, since (again) it increases safety by slowing speeders.

Even if it were obstruction or some other violation, the police would have stopped you immediately to issue the citation.

They'd have pulled you over at the time to ask why you were flashing. After all you could have been warning other road users of a hazard. Don't worry about it.

no sure people do it all the time in northern ireland u have noffin 2 worry about sure my m8 was on the motorway and every other car was driving faster than he was so he got annoyed and started to speed up and wen he did get faster there was a white van parked and the back doors opened and a camera was inside it to catch speeders and he was worred bout getting a letter so ur fine
