    Can I use Windows Live Messenger on my PC to send text messages to another...

    ...person's mobile? I've been told by Windows Live Messenger that I need to buy mobile messages, yet the link they give me is dead. So I'm at a loss of what to do. Is it possible to send free text messages from pc to mobile with windows live?
    Remember that I am using a PC and not a mobile here.
