Fuji FinePix F70EXR Digital Camera or Panasonic TZ65 Black Digital Camera?

Which is better over all, i was pretty impressed with the results and reviews of Fuji FinePix F70EXR Digital Camera and found it to be the only one with a 10x optical zoom until i came across the Panasonic TZ65 Black digital camera, and now i do not know which one is best. Your opinions and reviews would help ( Pros and cons also) Thanks so much!!
