    You may have done more damage than pulled a muscle. You could have a torn ligament and some nerve damage. Not to scare you, but you need to be checked out by an orthopaedic surgeon.

    My left leg hurts when I run or sprint can anyone help?

    During a soccer game about two weeks ago, a guy tripped me and I pulled a muscle. the way that I pulled it was it jerking back behind me. I played the rest of the game in pain but then I rested it for a few days. I came back and it was still hurting. I rested it some more. Ive iced it, heated it, massaged it, and nothing is working. It still hurts. Can anyone help? Btw the pain is all around my upper leg. Sometimes it hurts toward my groin, in the top of my leg and even toward my butt.
