Is GM planing on giving vouchers to current Saturn owners to buy other GM cars?

I heard it could be as high as $2000.00.

I haven't heard anything to that effect. My tax money has already helped buy a bunch of new cars for other people during the Cash-For-Clunkers program - GM is presently cruising along on taxpayer bail out money and if they do that, it simply means we taxpayers are getting shafted twice.
