Guestcan a boost mobile sim card be put into a sprint phone?

Sprint is on the CDMA network and doesnt use SIM cards.
I dont know anything about boost but if they use SIM cards i'm guessing they are NOT on the CDMA network, so no.

Sprint phones do not use sim cards. Sprint will only activate Sprint-branded phones on its network.
