Am i able to put a t-mobile sim card in an at&t go phone?

I currently have t-mobile and i am starting to get tired of my Samsung Behold and i seen at Target they have and At&t Samsung a177 go phone on sale! Would i be able to use the At&t cell phone?

You could if you get it unlocked. That means you can use it on any carrier. You can obtain unlock codes via uniquephones.com and search for your phone make and model which would be the a177. The codes usually cost around $20 but they do work.
