    how can i get rid of pen/crayon scribbles from the wall before i dab on new paint...

    ...and not look like patchwork? i have to vacate my rented property and my 2 yr old has scribbled here and there with pen and crayons on the walls.I would like to do some diy work to get some of my deposit back!could anyone tell me if i can directly paint on the scibbles or should i be doing something prior, to get rid of them and also if i have to paint the entire room or can i do just the bits without it looking odd.pl help.

    Go to home deopt, buy some "Goof off" in the paint department, it will work!

    an acetone etch remover works well but do wear gloves for protection

    WD-40 will take crayons & ink off
