    Which pre-workout supplement is better, N.O.-xplode or Superpump 250?

    im 14 6ft 175 lbs. i want to gain muscle weight and lose fat for football. so which do you think is better?

    Id go with shotgun, it has a fat burner in it so that should help. Pre-works help build muscle a lil, since you can workout better and not wear down fast. Get a a ton of protein in your diet that will help put on muscle, once you lose the fat, up your calories and carbs and you should be fine

    Up to you, but no pre-workout NO product is going to put muscle on you or help you lose fat. All those do is help you have more energy to workout. That's IT.

    At 14 and "gotta gain muscle and lose fat for football," you probably need to know more about supplements other than what your friends are saying or crap you see people use at the gym. Email me and ask whatever you'd like about supps. I've used most of them and have worked in the industry.
