"In ANGER I danced" what do you think? Poetry or garbage? c/c?

anger came upon me at unawares
overcoming any niceties left within
only vile bitterness spewed forth
could not control this outburst
didn't have a clue from whence it came

it felt so good to get all worked up
over nothing so it seemed
I put on some "angry" music
and danced like a wild banshee
cutting loose across the yard
kicking up snow, scaring the dogs
those stupid excuses for dogs of the neighbors
relishing in this fit of anger displayed
made some snowballs to through at the cats
they chased them like kittens in the spring time

then I started to laugh...
a maniacal grumble from deep within

well, anger soon left and I was me
giggling and wiggling through the snow
hoping to get in before I surely froze
feeling refreshed and renewed for a while
now dishes to do and laundry again
the work of a woman, never seems done.
through should be throw--snowballs to throw at the cats...

A madsong... if Blake, why not giggles? "...at unawares" is off kilter grammatically, so drop 'at' in L1. Later on 'relishing' is a transitive verb's present participle, so would not be used with a prepositional phrase. Is this from the madness of the madsong? Dunno... interesting write though.

I'd say it is neither. I'd class it as a reflection as seen in journals. You purge your anger and settle for joy. If it works, it is time well spent.
