I am building an 84 Buick regal and was wondering if my LT1 350 from 95 Buick...

...roadmaster would suffice.? I want swap out the stock 305 that is in my 84 regal now and drop in something better... I have an LT1 350 from a 95 Buick Roadmaster that I would like to use but not sure if that would be the engine of choice... And what are some simple bolt on upgrades I could do... Wanna get around 440 to 500 horses.

besides replacing motor mounts, other mountings and transmission, you will need to replace fuel pump also, other then that it will probably work.good luck.

That should work if you can find a place to mount the PCM, but you'll need to put the transmission form the 95 in as well as the PCM controls both the engine and the transmission. So basically you'll have an 84 body with a 95 powertrain. Oh, and if you beef up your engine, you need to replace your tranny as the transmission and engine get weak together. Not 100% on how you are going to do the gauges though...

    Hope this helps.
