I need a new web host for my photography website.?

I have a photography business and am in need of a new website. Does anyone know of a good web hosting place that is around or under $40.00 a year? The one I have now let's people save and copy my photo's and they do it even thought I put my signature on them, so I really need a good photogrophy based site that will have an elegant look and feel.
