What are some ethnical issues to do with renewable energy?

I had no idea renewable energy had anything to do with one's ethnicity. Do you perhaps mean ethical as in right or wrong?

Well, currently there are loads of people who have jobs working with non-renewable energy sources. To eliminate those jobs would mean those people would be unemployed until they could get the training they need to work in the renewable energy field or find another job that they might already have training for or doesn't need much training at all.

Also to serve the needs of people all over the planet, big solar, wind, tidal, etc plants would have to be built and that might harm wildlife in areas that are considered perfect areas. (For Solar plants, it would be lots of sunlight like in the Southwest United States, for wind, it would be areas with lots of wind. The only one that might actually be completely good for the planet would be Tidal energy as there has been evidence that it may actually be good for the sea life that lives in the areas that the tidal energy generators would be placed.
