I went and talked to a worker at a tmobile store today and they told me that it was required. so does that mean i cant get the phone. i want it because of the wi fi. would i still be able able to use it without a data plan? and wouold i be able to send and receive pics/videos too? and what about IM would i still be able to use that without the data plan? i already have unlimited texting
