ok need some help in the 100, im in 11th grade and my PR is 12.2 id like to get down to the 11's by the end of this season and possibly by when i graduate about a 11.0 or less, only thing is my coach finds it necessary for all the sprinters/ jumpers to run 10min+ a day, then do training that seems like more focused at distance to me, like running upwards of 12 400's with little rest between each
