Thread: What should I get Mac or XP?

1. no viruses = no norton to pay every year

2. more streamlined and easier to use

3. more bang for buck

4. i have one lol

IMHO, I've used both, and would cast a vote for Vista!
XP is at the end of its run, whereas Vista -- with all it's whiners and hangups--is in its infancy. XP is a known quantity, and most bugs are gone. Vista is well on its way to becoming the industry standard, in spite of the naysayers. It's so much easier to complain than to compliment! Good luck!!

No viruses, because nobody wants to bother writing them for only 8% of the world market

more BUCKS for the bang

Easier to use, unless it freezes, then you have to go through 94 keystrokes, and it still freezes.

No software, other than what Steve Jobs wants you to have at inflated Apple prices.

get an imac ALL THEY WAY BABY!

there a little more expensive but they are toatally worth itt

ive been using macs from the beggining i own so many and there all great, and i even own the 1st one they ever came out with!


they arre extreamly fast and reliable, they come with ilife that includes iphoto i movie itunes and stuff and its great!

there great for graphic and design!

xp isnt as good

You should definitively get XP. XP is compatible with almost everything, specially video games. (Even crysis and bioshock stll have XP support). It also has support for adding new things such as keyboards, video cards, etc, whereas with Mac you gotta buy all your additions from Mac for usually relatively high prices. XP usually never crashes and is relatively safe if you dont go around downloading "hacks" or anything.
