well ; sorta, its not healthy AT ALL.
Try water lots of water maybe 8 Bottles a day sounds like alot but its easy and eat salads no sugar or meat , chicken yes with a little bit of rice for Dinner . But salsa only can make you sick . i suggest you dont do it .

If all i eat is salsa and have diarrhea then....?
If all i eat is salsa and have diarrhea will i loose weight? today my intake was 3 cups of salsa (fresh not preservative kind) and i had diarrhea. will i loose weight from this?
dont worry im not gunna starve i would eat salsa
