    Does The AB lounge really work? and how long does it take before you get results?

    I'm trying to strengthen my stomach muscles, and I want a flat stomach. Currently I'm 5'4" and I weigh 106 pounds.

    Heck no!!! I repeat HEck NO!! Do not waste your money!! I had one and it was a pain to put together. I would suggest investing in an exercising ball, its cheaper and more effective. To me the ab lounge felt cheap and flimsy. Hope I helped. Good luck!!!
