Ther aren't any qood rinqtones on the website,,
Buht i Like it cuhz youu can make the rinqtones yourself
usinq saved music files on your computr..
youu can also use your own pics and qraphics for wallpapers.
iht's preety cool,,youu can makke as many as youu wannt,and it's Free!.
Buht the only downside is tht once you recieve them on your phone,, They automatically are lockd so youu can't sendd them too friends. =/

I've been on phonezoo.com and tonzr.com but I want a more updated website that is totally free and you don't have to download or subscribe to anything... Any suggestions??

Myxer. That site has a wide variety of ringtones, as well as wallpaper. Another is mobiles24.com, this one offers ringtones, wallpapers, games, applications and themes. Though everything is completely free on this site, the list of the phones that are compatible with the things they offer is very limited. They primarily offer items for Nokia and Sony Ericcson phones. But enter your phone model and see what they offer. Hope this helped!
