Has anyone played or downloaded SF2 flash version with Ryu vs Sagat and was able to unlock the different characters as stated that you can do so in download sites?

Can you tell me how to do this? Also, does anyone know of any totally free pc download for street fighter 2 full version that is fully functional with all the moves?
