Calculate the ratio of HPO4^2- to H2PO4^-1 required to maintain a pH of 7.1 within a cell? Any help would be great. thanks

Use the Henderson Hasselbach Equation.
pH = pKa + log (base/acid)
so... base/acid=10^(pH-pKa)
=10^(7.1-7.208)
=.8
