im 5'2 130 pounds and ive been trying to lose 20 pounds.
i used to excercise 3-4 times a week but my busy schedule has brought that down to 2-3 times a week.
so ive been wondering how any calories a sedentary girl like me should consume since most of my excercise is light.
my bmr is 1446 calories but im not quite sure what to multiply that by because im not sure if i fit into the "sedentary" or "lightly active" category.
also any other general weight loss tips would be appreciated
