Here's the deal: We had a blackberry curve that wasn't working right so we took it in and had it replaced for a new one. On the new phone they put all of our old settings on it but the email needs to be validated again. I have tried validating the email address with several different passwords and they are all coming up invalid. The only way to have it validated is with a password but I can't find a way to RESET the password. We set up a secret question, so I know there must be some place where I can reset it. I have googled this and looked on the blackberry website for a long time but can't find anything! Any ideas??

Ok, so I found where to enter the answer to my "secret question" but everytime I enter the answer it tells me, "Your device encountered a problem with this application's server. Select OK and repeat the action to try again." HELP!! Why won't it work?!!
