Does the Motorola Devour let you talk and surf the web at the same time?

Because it is a android phone and the Motorola Droid lets you do it. I ask of the Devour because I like the Devour because it has a great design, good motoblur, and good features even though not all apps are free like the Droid. I might get the Droid instead though. I wanna know if the Devour can talk and surf the web at the same time.

Pretty much any Android phone will let you do this, as long as you are on 3G (if you are out of 3G range and on the slower non-3G network, you can't do this).
