Do you guys think you can pick up/lift up my 18 year old sister for her dance routine?

She weighs like 125-130 lbs...5'3

Like do you think an average guy can lift her up?
or are we hopeless haha

While your sister is certainly not overweight, she is not a light weight for her height. A healthy weight range for her height would be from as little as 105 lbs up to 140 lbs. That being the case it would take a guy that is in better than average physical condition to lift her safely in a dance routine. It is a lot different lifting a live moving weight than it is a static weight such as a barbell. So I don't think she should trust just any average guy to lift her. Her partner should be considerably larger than her and in good physical condition. I am 6 ft tall and weight 180 lbs and reasonably fit. Even though but without some practice I would hesitate to try and lift her in a dance routine. Although I am of a more cautious nature. I have no need to prove I can do it, I would be more concerned for her safety. I am sure she doesn't want to be dropped!
