my girlfriend has the worst mood swings.?

I love my girlfriend with all my heart, i truly do, but she has extremely bad mood swings. one minute she will be lovey and happy then the next shes crying and sad about everything, yet everyone thinks she always so happy. she always b*itches out at me for random reasons and when i offer helpful information she just ignores it and says for example " talk to your parents about it" her- "YOU DONT UNDERSTAND! my parents are always busy and everything and ugh!". i understand but there are simple things that can easily be avoided its just her temper is so messed up. what can i do?
