5 days a week, 1 hr & 45 mins:
30 mins elliptical machine
15-20 mins treadmill
10 mins on rower
then i do exercises such as leg press, light weights, matt workouts, chinups, and other resistance training.

So, are those the right exercises to do? Or am I only supposed to do like arm work on one day, leg work another, or can I just make it a combination like I do? Thanks!
