74.7/100=x/60
4480=100x
x=44.8
38/100=x/30
100x=1140
x=11.4
[100+100+82+80+77+65]/6=84
84/100=x/10
840=100x
x=8.4
8.4+11.4+44.8
64.6

Tests:
(100 + 69 + 55) / 3 = 74.6666.. multiply this by .60 = 44.8
Quiz:
38 x .30 = 13.92
HW:
(100 + 100 + 82 + 80 + 77 + 65) / 6 = 84 x .10 = 8.4
Now add them all together
13.92 + 8.4 + 44.8 = 67.12%
