okay dont tell me this is un helahty cause im doing it! so dont waste your time
anyway this is what im gonna do
eat breakfast useally yogert or a little cereal and do 10 minutes on the stationary bike
no lunch(iv been doing this and im fine)when i get home from school 15 minutes on the stationary bike
dinner whatever my mom makes useally fairly healthy and then 10 minutes on the stationark bike
also drinking 8 glasses of water daily
will this make me loes weight?How long until i see results?
