Yes you can. If you're using the Incognito on Sprint, I know you definitely can, but if you're using it on Boost or some other non commercial carrier, I'm not sure. It should look something like this:
1.) open up phone menu
2.) go to settings
3.) go to security
4.) it should say somewhere about locking phone
5.) enter last four digits of cell phone number
6.) It will then give you many more options such as changing password, when to lock, lock now, etc.
** I have a samsung rant, which has the same layout as the Incognito, but it's in the shop right now being fixed, so I can't use it to walk you through the steps. I kinda just guessed with the steps above.
