Nope it is not available in Australia. The Sanyo Incognito is currently a Boost Mobile Prepaid Phone using Sprint cell phone network (CDMA) here in the USA. CDMA network does not work overseas. The majority of networks internationally use GSM network with sim cards.
It will cost you 129.99 in american dollars. I have called the majority of american stores and they have stated they are sold out and currently on back order until the product is available.
I can't comment or give any reviews on this phone since I don't own this cell phone yet.
