I've put on about half a stone over the past year and my body tends to me naturally "wider", i really want to lose weight and go back to my old figure for the end of June. Do you think this is possible? and how is the best way to do it? i feel tired quite a lot these days due to exams so how can i become more energetic and how i can stick to a new regime? but i am usually quite sporty. What sports would you recommend that would help me lose this weight, and become "narrower" again? i need to target my legs, mainly my thighs and knees, and also my waist and bum area. advice please !!
also, i have recently torn some ligaments, so maybe something not too strainous at the moment
