Can i use my ATT sim card in another carrier's phone?

I have a raggety at&t phone, and a friend of mine is offering me a phone that requires a sim card, but i don think it's at&t. Do you think i would be able to insert my att sim card into the other phone with a different service and it will work normally? Someone please help.

If it is an unlocked phone you can use different service SIM card otherwise you need to unlock it by using Unlock Code. You can get this code at low cost from the site Wickedunlock.com and unlock it.After Unlocking, you can use freely any GSM Network SIM card and your phone will work properly with all features. This is a permanent unlocking method.
