my phone which is a metro pcs kyocera. The aim (im) doesnt work it keeps saying call *611 but i do and it really doesnt help at all. So what do i do and how do i make it work!? Pleaseee help ASAP

Go to Main Menu > @Metro > Manage Apps > Delete MIM Application, then re-download and install the application, if it's still not working after that then call 1-888-8-METRO-8 from a phone other than your handset, after some normal troubleshooting you should be transfered to Technical Support.
