I used to be 120 pounds with thin, nice legs and now within the past year my legs have grown and i absolutely hate it! I am 134 pounds and so unhappy with it! I'm still what you could call "thin" but I definitely need to tone up and start eating better!

My dad has a stationary bike in the basement and I was wondering if I work out on that daily (probably even twice daily because I am really motivated), will it help me tone my legs and lose excess fat in my inner thighs?
