I'm not concerned about actual weight (b/c spot reducing doesn't work, I know) but the body fat that lies in those areas. I used to have a really high metabolism but now the fat seems to gravitate towards those areas. I work at McDonald's and have sworn to never eat there again, because of what it has done to me.
But now I need to work it all off - so will jogging or biking make those areas more lean/defined?
I am a female and 17 years old, if that helps.
I also am involved with two sports that keep me occupied in both winter & summer seasons, so don't suggest joining a sport.
