yesterday at school i had PE (sport) last and we had to do sprints and then run about 4km which was fine. after school i had 3 hours of dancing (contemporary then technique then hip hop) during technique we were doing stretches and stuff and my legs started to feel really weak and started shaking. i tried to ignore it and keep dancing and i got through the rest of technique and hip hop fairly well. when i got home that night my legs felt like jelly and it felt like i was going to collapse every time i walked, and i nearly did a couple of times. this morning i wake up and they are exactly the same as last night. i am having a day off school for it but mum who's a nurse reckons i don't need it. but her and dad think that my legs are sore, but they are not really painful at all unless i tense them, but it's not the pain bothering me. i think it's just muscle fatigue, and i'm sorry if you don't think i should have a day off school for it but i don't want to be collapsing everywhere.
