I am planning on adopting a schedule where I can meditate all day on weekends or getaways, retreats. Where can I find such meditations?

I was thinkingObserving my thoughts all the time everywhere I go)
- Wakeup Yoga, because yoga just has some insane power to still oneself
- Chakra alignment meditation (Anodea Judith is great for reference)
- Being still for a few hours
- Eat but eat consciously and be thankful to everyone who provides. Maybe chew each bite 100 times. Eat vegan for mental development purposes.
- Still my mind and when I feel myself becoming tired start using my imagination and be mindful there to make up things and be aware of them as aspects of myself.
- Realign my chakra's and then still my mind before bed.

Hmph idk there are probably more organized ways to do this im not sure I hit up google but didnt really find much.
