Can I use a US Cellular carrier cell phone for sending texts from outside the USA?
i cannot get a clear answer from their customer service. I have a US Cellular phone and I'm travelling to Thailand. Will I be able to send and receive text messages from my friends in the USA? (I do not need to make voice-calls, just texting)
