Try a hand sanitizer like Germ-X. There are quite a few tips, some I definitely wouldn't recommend, but the sanitizer, or a degreaser (since capsaicin is an oil) seem to be good choices.

oh my gosh, never touch your eyes when chilies are around. I have been told that lemon or limes work...but I have not had to use it so not a 100% sure

i still have jalepeno residue on my hands, how do i get it off my hands? It kinda burns and it hurts when i rub my eyes. LOL
