they arent your picture or video files so you shouldnt delete them because they might be very important to your phone

i have a folder named IPDC in my phone memory i have Nokia N73 .. can u tell me...
...how to delete that folder ? do u know for whar this forder is meant to be .. there is also one more forlder named USAGETRACKER .. this forlder also i'm not able to delete ..
