Is there a free web hosting website with PHP and a file manager?

im looking for a website similar ripway.com. Where i can upload my .html and. php files
im not interested in too much of upload space..i only need probably 10mb and also support for php...and it shud be FREE...im not bothered if it has a domain/subdomain or not

Don't be cheap! I only pay 5 euros per month (60 euros a year). For this tiny amount (a price of a video game), I get my own .com domain, unlimited subdomains, unlimited MySQL databases, 10 GB of storage and unlimited data transfer. If you think that all this is not worth measly 5 euros a month, you are strange!
