i have already create a registration form...now i don't know how to send all information from registration form (information )send to an email address.
please help me

You have to have your form linked to some sort of processing script.

Your web hosting provider should have instructions on how to use theirs, or you could create the form in a 3rd-party site like Google Docs for free.
