They are the same but different speed. the incredible is much faster, but the droid has the a physical keyboard. i like the droid because of the keyboard.
if u are going to the the incredible wait a bit... because there are some problem with the phone...

The Incredible does everything the Droid does, and more, but twice as fast.. Plus that huge freakin sweet camera- I've had mine for over a month now and I absolutely love it!
