You need to call Customer Service at 1-800-331-0500. There is no guarantee but most reps will work with you and remove the overages as long as you are willing to raise your plan to a higher plan that will cover your future usage. If you add the feature online it will not do this, it will just start the new feature with your next billing cycle and you will be stuck having to pay the overage

AT&T Cingular Texting Plan Help, quick question?

Right now Im using an AT&T/Cingular plan with a $5 200 text message feature. The Bill for the month is on the 22nd and right now im over by say 300 texts. Ive been planning to increase the text plan for some time now, and if i do increase it today before the bill is finished, will i still be penalized for the 300 texts i went over?

    AT&TWiz:
Do I have to call or can I do it through their website?? I wanted to ask u through the other question but couldnt contact you
