How to pair my computer and phone via bluetooth?

I have an LG Xenon phone and a VAIO CS Series Notebook PC (If you don't know what they are, just google them.)
I keep trying to hook them up via bluetooth so i can send the pictures on my phone to my laptop, but it doesnt work, and im horrible with computer and technology stuff.
My sister has the same laptop as me, and whenever i search for devices on my lg xenon, it finds her laptop but not mine. and she doesnt remember how she hooked it up

Mr.killer u can download IVT bluesoilel for pairing ur phone with ur PC, u even send SMS via PC to PHONE, read and write SMS from phone :-) all u have to do is download the the program(trail version), u can find the full in Torrents. all the best.
